South Africa is listed as part of the first launch wave on Friday 28 October 2016 when the Apple Watch Nike+ will be available in selected countries

The SA iStore has listed pricing for the new Nike version of the Apple Watch, which comes in two sizes: 38mm and 42mm.

• 38mm Nike+ – R6,899
• 42mm Nike+ – R7,499

The watch can be paired with one of four Nike Sport Band straps, said Apple.

Features of the Apple Watch Nike+ include a built-in GPS, the brightest display Apple has ever made, easy-to-read metrics, and water resistance up to 50 metres.
